Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. During peak periods and on orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible.
